✔️ ج : يا سيدى الفاضل العداد مبرمج بالوقت والتاريخ ويعود للشريحه الاولى مع اول دقيقه كل شهر وهو بذلك يحقق لك عداله استخدام لانه فى نظام العداد القديم يتم محاسبتك بالشهر من مرور القارئ حتى مروره مره اخرى اما مسبوق الدفع فيعمل بنظام برمجى بالوقت والتاريخ محكم.

❓س : هل هناك حل لو فصل العداد انذار والكارت غير موجود بجانب العداد؟؟
✔️ ج : لو حضرتك فى الشغل والكارت معاك وفصل العداد انذار ممكن اللى فى البيت يقوم بادخال بطاقه رقم قومى او فيزا بنك فى العداد الدفع فيعود التيار الكهربائى فورا حتى عودتك بالكارت.

✔️ ج : شاشات العداد الاخر تحتوى على بياناتك مثل : رقم العداد ورقم المشترك والوقت والتاريخ وفى حالة انه فى فروق شرائح او العداد وصل الرصيد صفر ولم يفصل لانه اجازه او ليلا كما هو مبرمج بالعد اد وتوجد شاشة الديون بالجنيه حتى تقوم بالشحن وتخصم الديون من العداد وليس الشحن كذلك شاشة الجهد والاستهلاك الكلى منذ تركيب العداد واستهلاك كل شهر على حده.

✔️ ج : لا داعى للقلق كل عملية شحن بتسجل فى ذاكرة العداد برقمها وقيمتها ولو ضاع الكارت وعليه شحنه لم تفرغ بالعداد بيتم استخراج كارت وعند برمجته بتسجل كل بياناتك وكذلك عمليات الشحن بارقامها وقيمتها وعند تركيب الكارت بالعداد لو ذاكرة العداد وجدت عمليه لم تفرغ بالعداد يتم استقبالها بالعداد وتنفذ فورا.
